Welcome to PurelyPayments ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide a mobile application and web-based platform that enables property managers and landlords to collect rent payments from tenants, manage properties, and handle related documentation.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the PurelyPayments mobile application ("App") and our related websites and services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to all users of our Services, including property managers, landlords, and tenants.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.
Important: Our Services involve the processing of financial information and transactions. We work with Stripe to facilitate payment processing. Please review Section 5 carefully to understand how your information may be shared with this provider.
We collect various types of information depending on how you interact with our Services and whether you are a property manager/landlord or a tenant.
For landlords and property managers who connect payout accounts through Stripe, Stripe may collect identity and business verification information as part of Stripe Connect onboarding.
Note: Identity verification information is handled through Stripe-hosted onboarding for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle this data.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our Services. Below is information about our key partners and how your data is shared with them.
We use Stripe to facilitate ACH bank account and card payments, connected account onboarding, and payout routing.
Information Shared: Name, email address, payment details, payout account details, transaction metadata, and identity or business verification information required by Stripe Connect.
We use Supabase for database hosting, user authentication, and file storage.
Information Shared: All user account data, property information, payment records, and uploaded documents are stored using Supabase's infrastructure.

We use Twilio to send SMS notifications to tenants regarding payment requests and other communications.
Information Shared: Phone numbers and message content.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
